WineConnect is the leading source for beer, wine, and spirits data and image services. Freemind is partnering with WineConnect to provide advanced, full-featured solutions to retailers of all sizes.
We designed and implemented an eCommerce platform to support online wine browsing and purchasing for a multi-tenant, custom-branded storefront architecture. Mailing list and email marketing was integrated via web services with the Constant Contact platform.
Freemind created a dynamic image scaling and transformation framework with tunable caching to increase performance.
We implemented and continue to work with an Agile development process which keeps well-defined, manageable, and moving forward.
Millenia Walls

It's been over a year since we were brought in by Millenia Walls and
The Steinhauser Group to build out
their website. We've been through a couple of revisions over that time, and this latest one adds some pizzazz to an already appealing site.
Retaining the elegant, active and most of all, engaging elements was crucial. Keeping customers interested so they'll stick
around to learn about the products and services offered, is key to the mission of any online presence. The latest version of the Millenia Walls site
adds a layer of information, nicely packaged, to aid the media in speaking knowledgeably about the product.
We were able to deliver all of this including multiple interactive elements without requiring their viewers to have any
specific plug-ins installed. If you want your website to work, it shouldn't require much of the user.
Millenia Walls has an amazing product, and we're working hard, and trying new things, to help them show it off.
Minnesota Nurses Association

The Minnesota Nurses Association, an organization with over 20,000 active members, needed a registration system built for an upcoming event, and they needed it
quickly. We understood the immediacy and connected them directly with the developers.
They required a light-weight, easily upgradable and maintainable system to maximize
reuse. From setting up hosting, database design and implementation, user-interface design and development to deployment, we brought in the right people and delivered to the client
within
their timeframe, allowing their members to register online -- at their convenience.
Minnesota Telephone Networks
Minnesota Telephone had been stuck on an aging web platform with limited service options for a while. They called us for help.
They also told us they were in the middle of planning for update branding. You might think that we'd wait until that was complete to start rebuilding the system. After discussing the needs and timeframes, we decided that a "re-platforming" effort would work wonders while they worked on the rebranding in tandem.
They wanted to keep the majority of the functional content, and ASP.NET's Master Pages allowed us to concentrate on the foundation of a stronger, more search engine friendly site without wasting time on recreating a look and feel that will be changing soon.
Sociale Gourmet

We came in and replaced a larger firm that had been developing the site. The headaches of dealing with the many
layers of communication were making it difficult to get things done in a timely manner.
We pride ourselves in being able to bring efficient direction and clarity to any project.
With stores in seven states and growing, our work on their order process, gift certificates and site and
store administration systems have been very well received -- and widely used.
The Interview Company

We worked closely with their designer to get them up and running as quickly and cleanly as possible.
A combination marketing and sales site, we got them connected to their existing payment system and taking orders (and making
money) within days.
The flexibility we built in made it easy to deal with an early change in company focus without needing them to write us
a big check.

The guys at
The Steinhauser Group asked for an estimate on this
one and we delivered. The client needed an entirely new brand and we pitched in with the website build.
We created a lightweight Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) layout which enabled client to tweak colors and presentation
details without major impact to the code -- or the tight timelines. Built on a foundation of ASP.NET master pages,
the consistent look and feel makes it easy on the site visitors.
Northwestern Medical, CPREzy Distributor
Northwestern Medical contacted Freemind Solutions in need of a simple, yet comprehensive, website for a CPR product they're distributing in the United States. The biggest concern was that they would be able to update the content regularly, and maybe even add weblog-like content to the site in the future.
We have quite a bit of experience in the blogging industry and the limited time-frame coupled with the ability for him to be able to manage content made WordPress a viable option. We set up a WordPress install and went to work customizing a subtle theme to work as a light-weight content management system.
The client is thrilled, and the site was complete and ready to show (and update) within days.
